Ron Bailey
Is there a way, keystroke for example, of making my Accordance revert to the pristine order in which I always start it? I start with everything just the way I want it because I have fixed that from Preferences by saving a default when it was all tidy. However after a couple of hours of work it has become a jungle again. This is due to Accordance strength of opening searches in new tabs which I certainly wouldn't want to be without, BUT I am such a messy worker that after a while I usually close down Accordance and restart it just to get some order back into my screens. I am sure there must be a keystroke that I have missed which does this without having to close down and reopen the application.
Helen Brown
Actually no-one has requested this before. You have the option to close all windows in the File menu. Then command-N will open your default Bible in a Search window. However, there is no way to open your default startup session except by starting up. I suggest you start up and save it as a regular session (File menu). It will be saved in user/Documents/Accordance files. You can then use Open to find it, or better, put it in the dock so that a single click will reopen it. If it is just one workspace you can also save it as a favorite. That does the job fine! Actually no-one has requested this before. If you think my Mac'desktop' is messy, you should see my real 'desk top'. Seriously, this will be a real help to me. I frequently end up with lots of superfluous tabs that have been created with 'search all bibles/resources' searches. thanks again.
