How to make BDAG first option

There are probably really easy answers to these questions but I am new to accordance so here it goes.

I just got BDAG and when I double click a greek word Louw & Nida pops up. I want BDAG to be my default dictionary. Anyway to do this?

Also I would like it if it popped up in a split screen format rather than a new window. Can I add to the options of "Add text pane" and "Add Reference Tool Pane" and "Add User Pane Notes"?

Thanks

Open the Library window (Window menu) and drag and drop BDAG to be your first Greek Tool.

As for the second query, you might best accomplish this by opening BDAG, then detaching the tab (cmd-opt-t), then tiling windows (Window menu > Arrange > Tile Windows (cmd-i) so it appears to the side of the main workspace window. You can't really have it appear in the same window as the search because then you'd need to show multiple search boxes, one for each text or tool. Would get very confusing very quickly.

If you want to quickly look up the word in BDAG rather than, or before, resorting to triple-click, hold down the Command-key when your mouse is over the word, and the entry will appear in the Instant Details Box.

How I usually use BDAG in my text studies is by highlighting the bible verse and then clicking the Greek tools button. This automatically brings up all the 'hits' where BDAG references that particular verse. There might be sometimes when the basic definition is better than the expanded definition they offer. But, it sure beats scrolling through the countless examples and sub-examples to see what they did with a word.

When you click on the amplify button it brings up a new tile which takes up the whole window. But, what I usually do is open up the user notes for that verse and type the command-I shortcut to tile the windows. Then I can drag/copy the references to my notes. When scrolling through the hits, be sure to hold down command + control as you press the down arrows.

Just ideas. If they work for you, then make use of them. if not, then oh well.
