I think the HarperCollins Study Bible would make a great module. The notes are by the Society of Biblical Literature, the leading scholarly organization. It's a good fit for Accordance, the leading scholarly Bible study software.

This would be great but I would prefer to see the new 4th edition of the New Oxford Annotated Bible

http://www.mobipocket.com sells the it in an electronic format. So it shouldn't be hard to convert it into accordance format and rights should be easier to get since it is out in electonic format.
