I think a better solution is simply to use screenshots pasted into Keynote that you can annotate ahead of time.
And if you want to demonstrate how to do something in Accordance, command tab out to Accordance already running for these demonstrations, and then command tab back to Keynote for your annotations. I've actually done this many times.

Yes, there are several pieces of software that will do this. Check out OmniDazzle [http://www.omnigroup...ts/omnidazzle/] for instance, though there are other options. You might also consider purchasing one of the Bamboo tablets [http://www.wacom.com/bamboo/] to draw on. It makes things a lot easier.
