not getting any hits to a search for and@kai

I was trying to do a search for the different uses of the Greek word kai, G2532. Mostly, I wanted to do a search that would list the difference uses such as "even", "and", "also". I could find hits for "even" (see attachment #1), but no hits for "and" -- and I know that there are thousands of times when kai is translated and. However, my search for "and" had no hits. What am I doing wrong?

 

Also, for larger Key numbers, I can type in the Key number, and the details button will list all uses of said word.That does not happen for G2532.

 

Is there a way that Accordance can show all the uses of these smaller words?

You are not doing anything wrong. Most of the Key number texts only tag the more important words. An exception is the NIV-G/K which does tag almost every word. That text is only available in the Zondervan Essential Bible Study Suite for Macintosh. I'm afraid that you cannot use the other Keyed texts to explore the translations of the common words.
