Accordance 9 corrupted

I downloaded Accordance 9 and opened it once and now it will not open says it may be damaged or incomplete. Any ideas what to do

Just tried reinstalling and got this message:

memory error #116 in procedure changehandle

I got a similar message once, but it was because I was using the old Accord 8 icon in the Dock--and once you install 9, then, of course, 8 will no longer open. (Might be nice if the 9 installer removed the 8 icon from the Dock?). Instead, try going direct to the Apps folder and dbl-clicking the Accord 9 icon there. Drag the old icon out of the Dock and "Keep" the 9 icon in the Dock (drag it to a new location in the Dock or right click the icon > Options > Keep in Dock).

 

Might not be your problem, but I suspect it will be for some.

No go, getting the same message. Hope they can get this corrected as I am behind in my lessons
