I found a collection of rabbinic texts, like talmud, sifre, midrash, aggada, zohar, targums, rashi etc. for only USD 99. compared to the ca. usd 200 for much less books from accordance.

why should I choose accordance ? The mentioned texts are equal to the bar illan responsa, but are not bar illan.

BTW: I'm not interested in christian texts. This is no reason to stick with accordance which already use.

You didn't say if these were electronic texts, but that is the implication.

If all you want is to be able to read the texts, why, go for the cheapest route and use your preferred ebook reader. The advantage of Accordance-based texts are the searching facilities and comparison with other texts (e.g., the Hebrew Bible, LXX, et alia). And if they're tagged (I don't recall if these Jewish texts are), then that is another advantage. I find the ability to find words in dictionaries with a triple click of the mouse or mouse-over for parsing information a great time-saver. But you may not need or desire this. Accordance does not fit all possible use cases, and yours may be outside what Accordance targets.

Following up on the good Cap'n, I would say the three primary benefits to Accordance are:

1. the ability to scroll these modules in sync with relevant texts, e.g., Talmud and Mishna, rabbinic commentaries and the witnesses to the Bible.

2. the ability to view some of these texts either by rabbinic reference or scriptural reference (e.g., see the differences in the two versions of Sifre Debarim)

3. for modules like TARG-T and MISH-T, you get grammatical tagging which makes them much more useful for searching.
