Ken Han
Hi, Accordance 9.0.4 was bouncing at the dock and not starting, and so on a hunch I removed Accordance Preferences folder from ~/Library/Preferences. Now Accordance launches fine, but all my user items and data I have entered into the Timeline is gone. What file stores the user data for the Timeline? The only related file I see is Time data in /Library/Application Support/Accordance. Thanks. Ken
Helen Brown
There are two files in your user preferences: Time, and User Items.
Ken Han
Thanks Helen! What a relief to get them back!
Ken Han
May I also suggest that User Item be saved in ~/Documents/Accordance Files/ I think it makes it easier to back up files if every user data is in one place, and separate out data from settings info (preferences). Thanks for the help again!
