Search all window

I noticed that the search all window can do something that I have requested on several occassions. When I do a search all versions it displays the results in the various versions as single verses in the same pane. I would love it if this were possible in an ordinary pane or if the search all window could somehow be linked or synced with a particular search version.

There are a few options here.

 

1) Any verse reference you can right-click on and do Search All -> All Bibles (or any specific user group). If you then set that search all to recycle, it'll update with just that right-click anytime you want. You can also access the same thing from the Search button in the Resource Palette. Its a bit manual, but is nice and clean.

 

2) There is a bug in this solution that's already been reported and should be fixed soon. Regardless, you can link Search All -> Text either by the [LINK] within the Reference field, or the [CONTENTS] within the English field. The bug is that the [LINK] doesn't work Reference -> Verses just yet. Additionally, the [CONTENTS] command does work, but doesn't update when the source text is updated. Both of these should be fixed shortly, and in the meantime you can use option #1 to instantly see that verse in each translation specified.

I had also requested this feature a few times! It is great to see it, I'm already using it with delight.
