MicheleS Posted October 23, 2010 Share Posted October 23, 2010 Thanks for all the help. I must have sounded like a complete idiot, yet Accordance and Helen, have extreme patience. Having a lot of computer and support experience in the "other" OS, and some on Mac as well, I could hear myself sounding really goofy, yet Accordance is very special in several ways, and I just couldn't get v.9 installed - user error I am sure.
