Mary Hinkle Shore Posted October 30, 2010 Share Posted October 30, 2010 Is there a way to customize what appears when asks for a New search text? I know about the Search Text preferences panel. I'd like to have a window appear with two panes (one Greek, one English), but can't figure out how to make this happen. It occurs to me that I could build a custom workspace to get the look I want immediately available for new searches. The downside is that the command-N shortcut key would still be assigned to the one-pane window. If I build the custom workspace, might I assign a shortcut key (either command-N or something different) to the opening of that workspace? I know how to build the workspace and save it, but not how to assign a shortcut key to it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
