Steve Lo Vullo
Hi all: I realized tonight that I don't have AGOSP-E. As I understand it, this module comes with the AGOSP package, along with AGOSP-T, AGOSP2-E, and AGL-T. For some reason I don't have AGOSP-E, though I seem to remember having it and using it in the past. When I try to install it from the 8.0 DVD using my code for AGOSP-T, I am told that the code is wrong. Can you help me with this problem?
Helen Brown
If you remove the primary module from the Library window (AGOSP-T in this case), Easy Install will offer to download and install it and all the ancillary modules. This is also important for modules to which we have added secondary modules. Check for Updates does not add modules. As I upload the latest versions, I will post a list of the ones that should be updated this way rather than through Check for Updates. This was one of the reasons that we used to encourage scholars to get the new disk each November: those installers do add the extra modules if programmed correctly. Using the delete key on the item in the side-bar invited me to purchase the module when I used Easy Install.
Helen Brown
You do delete it from the Library. Easy Install shows only the modules that you have purchased or registered. It does not require unlock codes.
