Rich Shields
Since I updated to 9.1, when I try to quit Accordance, I receive a message "unable to locate 'Greek Keys' "; then a window opens for me to to search for it. When I looked for it in Modules > Tools, the file is called "Greek Keys - old". However, Accordance would not accept that. So, in the Finder, I changed the file name to "Greek Keys." But now the warning is that it is the "wrong Greek Keys". Any ideas about how to resolve this? OS X 10.6.5 Accordance 9.
Helen Brown
It may be best to contact support for a screenshare session to diagnose and fix the problem. Another option is to try Check for Updates and Easy Install again. The -old module is due to an incomplete install after download, during which we temporarily rename the old module. Rich Shields
Thanks, Helen. I tried several different options. Finally I clicked "Check for updates" and it downloaded those I just downloaded two days ago; evidently those did not update the first time around. Then I downloaded the program file itself (not using update in the program), and installed. That seemed to do the trick. Thanks.
mikeb
I am having this same issue. I have tried to reinstall but nothing seems to work. There are no new updates. The Hebrew Keys work but the Greek Keys do not.
Helen Brown
Look in your Application Support/Accordance/Modules/Tools and see if there is a file named Greek Keys.old. Edit the name to remove the .old and it should work for you.
