Murf
I posted this in the IOS forum, but I think it is a problem with Accordance, not IOS. When I go to sync Accordance, either the program crashes on my Mac or iPad/iPhone. I am using the latest versions of both Accordance 9.3.1 and IOS. I get all the way through to the window that allows you to sync. Before anything is loaded into the window, the program crashes. I tried this on an iPad AND an iPhone and it does the same thing, so I assume the problem is in Accordance and not IOS. Anyone have any suggestions? joegomolski
Hi, Accordance is also shutting down on my iPhone. I have already deleted the app for Accordance, and then gone through the lengthy process of reinstalling all my modules. It's a pain. If anyone knows why, I'd love to hear how to fix this. Thanks for listening, Joe Gomolski, Oblate, O.S.B.
Mike Garrity
Hi Murf, Are you able to send me a crash report through the private message system? If not, then maybe we can setup a screen sharing session. Mike
Murf
Hi Mike: Thanks for responding. I'll try to generate one and send it to you. When I connected my iPad to itunes there is a new software update, so I'm going to update my iPad to the new version and try again, just in case that fixes it. If not, I'll get the crash report and send it along. John

Did you just migrate to a new iOS device?

Thanks for listening, Joe Gomolski, Oblate, O.S.B. Joe, How are you reinstalling all your modules: Easy Install or desktop syncing? Don't forget that if Accordance repeatedly crashes during startup, it is usually helpful to clear the last saved search session. This is done by accessing the Accordance section in the Settings app on your iOS device. Set the switch to remove the last saved search session from Off to On and then try to launch Accordance again. Please let me know what happens. Scott.

Did you just migrate to a new iOS device? I did reinstall the accordance app. No go. I did turn on remove last saved session. No go. On the iPhone. Interestingly mine was exchanged by Apple, a week ago. By the way,app is working fine on my iPad 2. So should I do a reinstall for the iPhone? Scott Knapp
I assumed the app and modules should be reinstalled using easy install. Is that right? If you are an Accordance for Mac user running 9.3 then you could also use syncing with the desktop to reinstall your content into Accordance for iOS 1.2. But first you have to get Accordance for iOS running. So at this point your issue is that Accordance for iOS will not start up without crashing? And only on your iPhone, correct? Scott.
