Helen Brown Posted May 3, 2011 Share Posted May 3, 2011 There is no installer for the NIV11. It can only be downloaded through Easy Install. If the installer doesn't support v9, then it would be good to have a note to that effect in the e-mail receipt (which provided a link to my account, which in turn provided a download link for the installer).
