JeffK Posted May 16, 2011 Share Posted May 16, 2011 I need to access a portion of Luke 2 from the Sinaitic Syriac text, given in the SYRIAC-S file as part of the Peshitta package. This is the text of the palimpsest published initially by A. Lewis. The manuscript contains this portion of text, but it is not provided in the Accordance file (which lacks 2:15-52). The manuscript is lacunose from Luke 1:16-38, with only a few words from 1:16, 38 visible, and this is correctly displayed. Again, the manuscript lacks Luke 5:28-6:11, and again this text is omitted from the file. But the manuscript does contain all of Luke 2. Can the missing text be supplied?
