Can I create a user tool that is also a reference tool?
Specifically what I want to do is download Luther's Commentary on Galatians and import it as a user tool, and have it tied to the verses of the Galatians text.

Sorry, no, but we do offer that commentary in our Library 6 Standard level or Classic 1 group.
