Now, I cannot find at least one tool Westcott Commentary appears in the Library, but when I try to open it, a dialogue box opens saying I need to find the tool. What do I need to do? Helen Brown Posted August 29, 2011 Share Posted August 29, 2011 You can search for the tool on your hard drive and move it or copy it to your Library/Application Suppport/Accordance/Modules/Tools, or find it on the Essential Zondervan CD and copy it over. However, please make sure that this isn't affecting a whole lot more texts and tools, because if it is, it's much better to contact tech support for a Skype or iChat screenshare session to identify the root cause of the problem, and fix it.
