Unable to update on iMac

For some reason, I can't get Accordance to download updates on my iMac. Instead, I get the error message, "Internet connection timed out - process cancelled."

 

I am running version 9.4.1, and updates work fine on my MacBook (which just this morning updated to 9.4.2 without issue).

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Stephen: We have greatly the improved the updates, as well as many other features. I recommend that you pay for the upgrade to version 9. It's just $49.

Right Helen. Just felt that I had not quite made full use of the old version, therefore have not paid much attention to the new one. Probably would do it during the weekend.
