David Garrison
Gotta admit, this one doesn't make any sense to me at all. Since I updated to 9.4.2, the Helena font isn't rendering (probably not the right word) correctly in Pages '09. I just opened my sermon from last Sunday (written prior to the update), and noticed that oikonomos and oikonomia didn't map (is that the right word?) correctly at all. I've attached a picture for reference. I changed the font to Arial, and the letters are correct, and I changed it to Hellenica and it mostly mapped correctly (except it's a different font so the accents were wrong). Oddly enough, Helena works just fine in Accordance (I checked GNT-T and My Notes) and in Keynote. No idea what the problem is, or how to address it, so I thought I'd bring it to your attention. helena font error.tiff

David Garrison
Have you tried restarting the Mac? Just to post an update on this: I did restart the mac, and it fixed the problem. however, now the problem has come back. On Wednesday, I installed new RAM, and ever since the fonts are rendering incorrectly again - but only when bold. Weird, huh?
David Padfield
Most font problems can be cured by cleaning out the "Font Cache." Use a program like Cocktail < http://maintain.se/cocktail > and it will cure your problem quickly!
