Font Switching Problem In User Notes

I have been experimenting with copying my study notes from iWork Pages to the Accordance User Notes. The issue I am having is this:

 

1. I set the User Note to my desired font (I have tried several, e.g., Arial, size 16 or Helvetica, size 16). I set this in the Preferences window.

 

2. I paste (as plain text) my notes.

 

3. Everything works fine until there

I'm having the same issue in User Tools, when copying from an Accordance module into my User Tool, if I change focus to another app before returning to Accordance to paste. Any text after a word that uses one of Accordance's special fonts (Yehudit, Helena, or Rosetta, maybe others) gets converted to Lucida Grande 14, and no attempt to change the font using the palette at the top of the User Tool Edit window will change the font in the edit window. (it will revert properly after saving, closing, and reopening the edit window]

 

Here's a step-by-step guide to reproducing this issue:

 

Open a User Tool, click somewhere in it, and press command-U to open an edit window

in the NIGTC commentary on Matthew, in the entry for Matthew 23:9, copy the second paragraph (it begins "Matthew is probably..."

Press Command-Tab to shift focus to another application on your Mac

Command-Tab back to Accordance

past into the User Tool

All text after ʾbbʾ will now be in Lucida Grande 14, and attempts to change it will not appear to work.
