User Bible Formatting Question

Helen,

 

First of all I want to tell you all just how great the Import Bible Text feature is in Accordance. I am using it to import a literal translation of the Greek LXX, the Apostolic Polyglot Bible.

 

I am totally capable of importing regular text into chapter and verse format but when I get to Psalms I would like to break up the imported text into a "poetry format" breaking each verse into one or more lines like that in the KJV Bible. Is this possible and if so how can I achieve it?

I'm not Helen, but if I remember correctly it takes basic html commands. If so, inserting an <br> tag wherever you want a line break should do the trick.

No luck on that. Any other ideas?

Right now 9.5 isn't accepting HTML tags in the User Bible. We've already fixed it for 9.5.1.
