metaphrasis
When I run Accordance lately on my old iMac running Leopard, I get a list of modules - and Accordance itself - that are available for upgrade. However, when I click Download after a few seconds I get the message "Internet connection timed out - process cancelled," and I can't install any upgrades. I'm posting this here so as to not overburden the hard-working folks at technical support. Any help is appreciated. Right now this problem doesn't affect in any way my work with Accordance, but I worry about it becoming a bigger problem down the road. Is it because my OS is so old? Helen Brown
I think you need to upgrade to version 9 for $49 as most download problems have been solved in the upgrade, and you get new features and new free modules as well!
metaphrasis
Actually the current version on my iMac is 9.3.3. The upgrade (the one I am unable to download) is to 9.5.3.
Helen Brown
You can download the new installer here, and there is no charge for that upgrade.
