How does one delete a city within a preset "Route Layer?"

Is it possible to customize existing information within preset route layers? Within the size map that I need there are times when cities are stacked on top of one another. I was trying to remove less necessary cities in order to clean up the map. Suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

No you cannot remove cities from a route layer unless you remove them all. However, my guess is that your extra cities are in the Sites layer, and you can try switching to one that shows only major sites, or no sites, or make a custom layer with just the sites you want.
