highlight file problem after restore

I've restore my time machine backup to a new mac, when I open Accordance after that process, an error message was shown, I've included the screen shot. Thank you!

I would look in your user/Documents/Accordance files/Highlights. Is the My Highlights.hlt a new or an old one. If old, is it more than 4 kb? If not, you can sefely discard it and let Accordance create a new one. If you have saved highlights there, you will want to restore it, and I cannot tell what the problem is. You can email the file to our tech support.

If you are on Lion you will be unable to see the Library of the user unless you press Option and open the Go menu.
