Upgrading to 10 by collection

Hello,

 

In reviewing the new collections I've noticed that a lot of the modules in the Essential Collection are ones that I had purchased separately over the years. Is there any credit for those additional module purchases when upgrading from Library 9 Standard Collection to the Version 10 Essentials Collection?

We are willing to give credit only for modules purchased in the 3 months prior to your new upgrade. We just cannot go further back. For the vast majority of users, the value of the new collection and upgrade greatly outweigh the cost of buying the remaining modules individually, so the upgrade is a great deal. Just think of what you paid already as being the fee that let you access all that good stuff for the past years.Y
