Recently I have lost one of my journal modules (Trinity Journal) and cannot locate or reinstall it from the disk. Can somone please give me a clue what I can do to restore it? Thank you.

Have you checked in ~/Library/Application Support/Accordance/Modules?
If you remove the item from Accordance, the item is not deleted from your hard drive. Thus, you should find the module in the above location.
If for some reason, the item has been deleted from the above location. Do you use TimeMachine (often the quickest way to restore)?

If the TJL vols 1-11 is registered to you, you can remove the module from the Library window and then redownload it with Easy Install. The older volumes cannot be installed in this way. This, in general, is the best way to deal with a module which Accordance cannot locate.
