It's hard to believe after all these years Accordance hasn't made it possible to add User Notes to all the Tools.

Perhaps there is a licensing issue that makes it not possible for some of the reference material, but surely not all of them, right?

Does anyone else miss this capability?

Yes, but this has been discussed many, many times. We're told it will eventually come. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Can I urgently "ditto" this request

Being able to annotate the tools at all would be a higher priority than upgrading the capabilities for editing/formatting the user notes themselves. Its a significant weakness of accordance relative to some of the competition. I understand and approve the text-centred rather than tool-centred emphasis, but there should be some way to get this done.

My priorities re. user notes:

(1) Ability to annotate tools

(2) More variety/flexibility of export options for notes

(3) Improved editing capability for notes

...

(n) "make link" on steroids...
