This is a useful bundle, although, I would like to see some of the work that was done for tagging of the Mishnah brought over to the Talmud. I know that the Mishnah text between the Kaufmann Mishnah is not exactly the same as the Mishnah in the Bavli and the Yerushalmi, but it would be a good place to start.
I would also like to see the ability to have a more granular linking between the Talmud Bavli and the Neusner translation.
Another thing that would be nice is to get Nikkud for the Bavli ...

Another thing that would be nice is to get Nikkud for the Bavli text in Hebrew/Aramaic. I don't know if you could partner with Sefaria.org for this, or use the text from something like the Steinsaltz Talmud.
This is a good start, but it does require a high level of Hebrew/Aramaic in order to be useful, since there's no tagging in the Talmud modules.
