HI! I am NOT any sort of Biblical expert. I teach Sunday school, and my charges are ages 10 to 12.

This module is great, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who teaches -- any even to those who do NOT teach. The pictures are great, and I can attest that it is very easy to "copy-paste" into Keynote or Powerpoint.

I am told that there is a way to "stack" the photos directly in Accordance such that you do NOT necessarily need to do the copy-paste stuff. Not sure if this ...

Not sure if this "stacking" works on an iPAD, which is what I usually use on Sunday. I know that the "stacking" works on a traditional laptop; not sure if that works on the iPAD

Here is a real situation where the pictures provoked some great discussion! I was showing them the pictures of Mount Sinai, and Accordance uses the terminology: "traditional site". My very astute young student asked, "Teacher, what is this about 'traditional site'?" Good question! We had great discussion about how: MAPS is not the 68th canonical book, and we had discussion about the New Testament where the Apostle Paul refers to Mount Sinai in Arabia.

It was great to have the extra discussions. One thing that I have learned: when they ask questions: they are listening!

Happy Easter!!

Hi: I love Accordance, and our church has traditionally purchased bible software for new believers. In the past, we have used Bibleworks for our Windows users.

Now that Accordance is available for Windows users, I wanted to let you know that I plan to "push" with our church leaders to consider: Accordance for Windows, rather than Bibleworks.

NOTE: This is NOT in any manner a "put-down" of Bibleworks. However, just ONE great thing about Accordance (there are many other great things): ...

However, just ONE great thing about Accordance (there are many other great things): you can start a new believer with a "starter package", to which the believer can add more resources over time. So, Accordance (to my estimation) far exceeds any other options. Like Accordance: Bibleworks ALWAYS ALWAYS opens to the WORD OF GOD. So... I would NOT want this to be construed as a criticism of Bibleworks.

Still... Accordance is more "adaptable". So, I praise you on that account.

Just one suggestion: any chance that the NASB could be included with this package? Our pastors preach from the NASB, and I myself am partial to the NASB, which was preached by my pastor when I was saved about 40-years ago.

Still... I commend you on a practical program that should give great benefit to many believers for many years. NOTE: The final decision will be with the deacons -- but as the "technical person" -- I do intend to recommend this module (instead of Bibleworks) for our new conversions.

Blessings

I learned a lot at the TEXAS seminar in 2010. It was just amazing, and the keynote speaker (Dr. Wallace) was fantastic. Dr. Wallace's speech ALONE was worth the price of admission. Texas in September is a wonderful. Even though I do not have any training in Greek or HEbrew, all the speakers were beneficial. There was a speaker (Dr Holmstead) from Toronto who helped explain the use of the LEXICAL graphs. Admittedly, most of his lecture went beyond my training -- but it was good to stretch! ...

The bottom line: I learned a lot of great information, and I would not hesitate to recommend this conference again. Lord willing, I hope to attend in 2012, and I anticipate that I will learn more material in 2012.
