Updated to IOS 5 and when opening Accordance on both my iphone and ipad2 got a message that said Accordance was installed from a backup, and all of my modules would either need to installed through easlink or sync.
When I try to sync it tell me "waiting for Accordance" and never proceeds.

I seem to have the same issue. On the computer side, the wheel keeps spinning but no device is ever found. Is it possible to do this with the sync cable attached to the computer? Does it have to be via wifi?

Yes, the connection is made only by WiFi. Please see the help pages for the iOS app.
