Can't bookmark in the Text Browser?

Along the same lines of this question, can we not place a bookmark in a text within the Text Browser?  When I begin to press the shortcut combo for bookmarks, the blue ribbon icon appears over my texts in the Text Browser, but when I complete the shortcut, a bookmark is never placed there.

 

In other words, Accordance gives the impression that I can place a bookmark within a text housed in the Text Browser, but in fact I can't.

 

And for what it's worth, this post was borne out of a need to keep track of important verses that I come across--sometimes, when I have a Hebrew text search pane open, married to a Text Browser.  I see a verse that I want to bookmark in an English text which appears in the Text Browser because of the Hebrew search, but I don't want to have to jump to another window to either bookmark that verse in the English version, or to save that verse (manually, ugh) in the search field of that English version.

 

What I'm saying is that there needs to be a way to bookmark and highlight (via shortcut) in the Text Browser.  But I'm also saying that these issues are related to an annoying error that even prevents me (or slows me down) from manually copying and pasting verses into the search field so that Accordance will remember them.  I therefore see a need for improvement in multiple areas here.

Ok, one correction to what I said in the last post (above).  But I tested this initially, and it didn't work.  Not sure why it does now, but I'm certainly happy it does.  See attached (after reading first post).
