Please email us at [email protected] with the type of device you are using and its operating system, along with the issue you are experiencing. We will respond with steps to help resolve the issue or set up a screen share session, if needed.

Email is our primary form of tech support and has priority because it is much more efficient than phone calls. We take care of email first and when we have the time, we return the voicemail in the order that it was received. Phone calls may not be returned in a timely manner, whereas emails are generally replied to within 24 hours on business days (M-F 9am to 5pm ET).
