How to check for purchases in Easy Install

We are currently working to get this issue resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Steps:

1) Request customer service that your Library be refreshed.

2) Refresh the list in Easy Install. Click on the Action menu (gear wheel) on the top-left.

3) Log out of your account from the Action menu, then log back in. Make sure to use your Username to log in. If needed, test your login information on our website. You can reset your password there also.

4) If needed, go to Accordance Safe Mode and ‘Remove their Startup session’ and ‘Clear their cached downloads’:

Computers: 

Accordance Safe Mode will allow you to easily remove or disable User Content, Settings, Connectivity and do Clean up for troubleshooting purposes.

If you are on a Mac, press your ‘option’ key as you open Accordance in order to open Accordance Safe Mode.

If you are on a Windows PC, press and hold your ‘alt’ key ‘immediately after’ you click on the Accordance icon in order to open Accordance Safe Mode.

Please select ‘Remove startup session’, ‘Clear cached downloads’ and then ‘Launch Accordance’.

Then go back to Easy Install and click the settings gear and ‘Refresh List’.

On your iOS devices: 

1) Quit Accordance.  Either double tap the Home key or drag up from the bottom quickly and stop (on the newer iOS devices) until you get the small screens of each the apps that are currently open. ‘Sling’ Accordance off of the screen in order to close the Accordance app.

2) Open the Apple Settings gear.

3) Scroll down until you find the Accordance app and select it.

4) Turn on Remove Saved Session and Clear Download Cache (under Application Startup).

5) Restart Accordance.

You may need to logout of Accordance on your iOS devices then logging back in. You can log out and back in at: Library > Settings > Account.
