Updated Tools for User Feedback
You may notice some changes on the Accordance Website in the coming weeks. We’ve been working on ways to improve and streamline User feedback.
This month, we will be launching an entirely new feedback system on our website. This will provide Accordance Users with the ability to log support tickets and bug reports, submit module and feature requests, access training materials and videos, and more!
Users will also be able to check the status of their support tickets and bug reports, as well as show their support for specific module or feature requests. We’re excited for the opportunities this new system will provide, and will be sharing more information about the system and how it will work in the coming days!
