“Support Is Excellent”

[Editor’s Note: We recently welcomed David to our marketing team, and asked him to plunge right in writing a few blog posts as a newbie. This is the fifth in that series.]

When I saw this tweet earlier today, I had to smile:

Father Adrián says exactly what I have been saying for weeks. When I have a question about something in Accordance, I often find the answer intuitively. If not, I have a wealth of Help options and links. Help options - screenshot

What’s more, if I do ask a question, someone on Accordance’s support team answers me quickly, courteously, concisely, and correctly. Every time! On the phone, there’s rarely any wait time. Via email, I have the answer back within minutes.

Where else in the world do you get such great customer service? In Anaheim, California and Lake Buena Vista, Florida, home to Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Add Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai, and Disney’s famed resorts employ more than 180,000 people.

Each person is hired with the belief that he or she has “the Disney magic.” If they ever lose that magic, a supervisor will inform the employee, who is assisted in finding new employment elsewhere. Why? Because “the magic” is the #1 prerequisite for working for Disney.

What is that “magic”? It’s a wonderful blend of optimism, discipline, good humor, joyfulness, and a genuine love for serving others.

True, Accordance is not in the entertainment business. Far from it! Then again, our support team truly loves serving you, our valued customers.
