Accordance training seminars are here to help you! We have been equipping people to use Accordance to its maximum potential for 20 years. Whether you use Accordance for your personal devotion time, classwork, sermon preparation, research or ministerial work, our seminars are suited just for you. New user or longtime aficionado, our talented instructors will revolutionize how you use the program, or at least teach you a few new tricks!
The training workshop is open to anyone who would like to observe, review and learn more about the Accordance Basics. Users of Accordance should have completed the interactive Accordance Basics online course so that they can follow the sessions. The Podcasts series Lighting the Lamp is also helpful. Non-users are welcome to come for all three Introductory sessions and stay as long as they want. Users of Accordance can refresh their basics of Accordance.
You are encouraged to bring a computer loaded with Accordance so that you can follow along, but it is not essential, as the trainer's computer will be projected.
Introductory 4-Hour Training Schedule (subject to adjustment):
9:00-10:15 Introduction to the Accordance Interface
10:30-11:45 Searching Basics
12:00-1:00 Using Atlas and Timeline
Be sure to upgrade to the latest Accordance vs11 before attending the workshop, as this will be the version used during the training. This will make it much easier to follow along throughout the training.
Those who take the time to come are often very grateful to learn all the things that they never knew they were missing. Please share this seminar information with the staff and students at any institution in the area, as well as with any users you know.
