Agreed with Ukfraser. I have checked out nearly every Bible atlas on the market. Most are ugly, too cluttered and some are actually blurry. Also, I can understand a chart being in an Atlas, but I don’t need pictures of wheat fields or things I can get on Google images. One thing I’m surprised no publisher has ventured to create is a Bible Atlas for preachers with maps that can be used for wide screen projection. These maps would need to have basic nation titles and capital cities, but we can add the other details ourselves on Powerpoint. So if any publishers are listening (especially Crossway/ESV) hint hint.

This Score relates to the Maps. I spent ages looking at hard copy atlases in the days before bible software and i got the holman atlas which is excellent and has been my go to for about 30 years and never let me down. Before the holman atlas was added to accordance library, i wanted an atlas i could use on my ipad. I decided to go for this one but was immediately unimpressed. There are very few maps for an atlas and the quality of the cartography is very poor. I ended up relying on the esv study bible which has better maps.
I feel that this is a typical zondervan product where the emphasis is on images. This resource has loads of photos which are very good quality. There is also a very good and extensive text.
However, i want an atlas for its maps and I find this resource sadly lacking in that department.
