30-Day Refund Offer
We value our customers and their satisfaction with Accordance Bible Software. We also understand that occasionally a product purchased directly from us may not meet expectations. Therefore, we will consider requests for refunds made within 30 days of the purchase of those items.
Once approved, the refunded amount will be returned to a customer’s billing account, usually within 7-10 business days. Any specific item may be returned only once for the lifetime of the customer’s account. OakTree reserves the right to deny any return request. For example, on certain occasions, we may be prohibited from providing a refund due to publisher restrictions.
Exceptions: Gift Cards and In-App Purchases
We will not be able to provide refunds on in-app purchases made within device app stores, such as the App Store for macOS or iOS, the Google Play Store, and Amazon’s Android App Store. Those purchases are not processed through our system, but rather through the device’s app store and are subject to the terms and conditions agreed to when those in-app purchases were made. Please reach out to the appropriate app store provider to request a refund from them.

All these versions come with a batch of free modules including demo versions of Hebrew and Greek, which allow you to try the app thoroughly before adding more content.
