The Greek-English Lexicon of the Septuagint provides a helpful research tool for studying the Septuagint. It presents the vocabulary of the revised edition of the Septuagint, offering English equivalents and discussing special cases in which the Septuagint differs from the masoretic text. In this third edition, previous misprints have been corrected and references have been updated.

I'm excited to get the latest, with an upgrade path from my 2nd Edition (bought used in a big swap where I got rid of several resources on competing platform), with Hebrew Pro Collection which for me is just above mid-level upgrade in the ongoing 35% off sale. (I'm minting that a mid-level upgrade is when it's $400 - not more nor less.)
Accordance is the leading platform for in-depth Septuagint studies with the most supported, most up-to-date, most accurate MT-LXX module (developed together with Tov), and Göttingen Septuagint being available as individual modules (unlike the competition).
You can complement with Brill's Septuagint Commentary in print, also as indivual modules.
